The word Yoga means union in Sanskrit. As we practice together, integrating body, breath, and mind, there is a potential for moments of union with a limitless consciousness within us.
 
Joining the healing tradition of Ayurveda and knowledge of Western Anatomy and health science, I tailor individual yoga sessions and group classes to meet your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual goals. 

My intention is to offer a practice that is in alignment with the ancient wisdom of the sages and the needs of our modern lifestyle, that is simultaneouly joyful and profound. As we inhabit our bodies more fully, our breath and heart can expand into an expereince of embodied liberation.
