Integrating somatic, energetic, and emotional levels of being, holistic bodywork sessions increase vitality and peacefulness. Bodywork can benefit all systems of the body, reducing stress, increasing circulation, aiding detoxification and nutrient absorption, speeding injury recovery, increasing immunity, fertility, energy, pain relief, flexibility, and athletic performance. 

My approach to bodywork is intuitive and unique for each person, integrating Deep Tissue Therapy, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Reiki Energy Balancing, and Vibrational Sound Healing. 
     
I have over a thousand hours of training and five years of experience as a Holistic Bodyworker. I integrate a Western understanding of anatomy and physiology with an Eastern approach that includes the subtle or energetic body. 

  Holistic Bodywork Sessions are $75 for an hour and $100 for an hour and a half in a beautiful studio in the Seabright neighborhood of Santa Cruz. Introductory sessions for new clients are $50.

I offer chair, table, and mat massage at events, parties, and festivals. Please contact me to talk about details.
